| Ensure proper Start-Up of Matrix or Symmetra Power ArrayAPC's Start-Up Service provides customers with APC Authorized Personnel on-site to ensure proper Start-Up if your Matrix UPS or Symmetra Power Array. APC will energize and check functionality of the system in all modes to ensure compliance with stated technical specifications. For Start-UP of Symmetra Power Array, the system must be electrically installed prior to the Start-Up. APC will guarantee that the system is operating according to APC standards and ensure that the full warranty will apply.Start-Up of Symmetra Power Array:Perform visual inspection of both the unpacked frame and the input/output hard wiring performed by the licensed electrician (if required)Verify that wiring is correct, note any discrepanciesLoad unit with power modules and battery modulesStart-Up of the unit and perform a comprehensive diagnostic and self testTrain customer support staff on basic operation of the power arrayStart-Up of Matrix:Unpack electronics module, Isolation module and the SmartCell (battery) and perform visual inspection of the modulesAssemble modules and connect wiresStart-Up of the unit and perform a comprehensive diagnostic and self testTrain customer support staff on operation of the unitThe Start-Up Service:Start-Up Service performed on a 5x8 basis. The Start-Up will be performed within normal business hours. |
