SHIIPING:
In stock items will be shipped within 24hrs of receipt of order.
Standard delivery if next day to 5 business day depending on shipment destination.
FREIGHT:
Freight Limit
Standard ground freight will be charged on all orders. (CSS ZAFCO reserves the right to choose carrier.)
Freight Exceptions
Some shipments may be charged additional freight charges on an exception basis. Exceptions could include but are not limited to: product type, heavy weight (orders weighing over 150 lbs) or oversized shipments, destination (geographical location) and special handling requirements.
* All "Exceptions" are billed to customer.
* All expedited freight services are billed to customer.
CSS ZAFCO reserves the right to apply freight charges on all orders placed outside the customer's primary local warehouse based on shipment destination.
Second delivery attempts billed to customer (the second delivery attempt is defined as the carrier having to attend the customer site a second time, having been turned away the first time).
Fulfillment Fee (Drop shipment fee)
No additional fulfillment fee for orders shipped directly to end-users.
* ORDERS:
Refused Shipment / Charges
A $50 charge per refused shipment will be charged unless the refusal is based on a CSS ZAFCO error or damaged shipment.
CLAIMS:
Hardware /Software and Software Licensing
Customers (End-users for drop shipment) should thoroughly count and inspect all cartons for damage before signing for the shipment. This includes palletized freight. All exceptions should be clearly noted on the carrier's delivery receipt.
Short Shipments
CSS ZAFCO may not accept liability for shipments claimed as shortage where customer/end-user has not signed for number of cartons received (signing for number of skids or pallets is not acceptable). Shipments signed as subject to carton count after delivery are also unacceptable.
Damaged Shipments
In cases of external (visible) carton damage, customers should refuse the damaged carton(s) and clearly note the refusal on the carrier delivery receipt. CSS ZAFCO customer service should be notified within 48 hours of the refusal. Claims for external (visible carton damage) may not be honoured when not refused by the customer/end-user at time of receipt. All claims for concealed product damage or shortage must be reported to CSS ZAFCO customer service within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after 48 hours from receipt date may not be honoured. Customer/end-user should make the product and packaging available for carrier inspection if requested.
RETURNS:
Return Limit
Returns on "current" products are accepted up to 15 days from purchase date, subject to and limited by the vendors' return policy. Please contact customer service for specific details by vendor.
Validity of RMAs
RMA numbers are valid for 15 days from issuance.
Valuation of Returns
Lesser of purchase price or current price at time product is received by CSS ZAFCO. Licensing returns valuation shall be based on the lesser of purchase price or the credit value received from the publisher by CSS ZAFCO.
Out of Policy Returns
Authorized out of policy returns may be subject to a fee of 15% of return value, or $25, whichever is greater.
Unauthorized out of policy returns will be shipped back to the customer "collect" and result in a $50 charge. Should this shipment be refused by the customer, CSS ZAFCO will accept the product, however no credit shall be issued.
Freight Charges for DOA, CSS ZAFCO Errors or Concealed Damage
All other Return Types
CSS ZAFCO Canada will only accept collect returns shipped using an approved UPS Ground shipping label issued by CSS ZAFCO Customer Service.
Customer will be invoiced for any freight charges resulting from the customer shipping with other carriers, or for any insurance fees requested.
Freight on all other return types must be paid by the customer/end-user.
OTHER:
Vendor Pass Through Programs
Any funds passed through to the reseller on behalf of a vendor that are denied by the vendor will be debited from the customer's account. All eligible pass through claims must have SKU#, quantity, price and required documentation.
